Villa Narcissus

In the Al Narjis villa project, we encountered several execution challenges, especially since our scope included the full structural works along with plumbing and electrical installations. One of the main difficulties was maintaining the architectural accuracy required for the classical façade. The stone details, arches, and decorative elements demanded precise alignment, which required the structural work and opening placements to be executed with exceptional accuracy before any cladding could begin.

Coordinating the plumbing and electrical routes with the classical exterior added another layer of complexity, as none of the service openings could interfere with the ornamental features of the façade. This required continuous adjustments and close supervision to ensure all internal systems were perfectly integrated without affecting the external design.

Another challenge was securing stone materials that matched in color and texture across multiple batches, given that the façade design relies on a uniform classical appearance that does not tolerate visual variation. Working on elevated and detailed façades also required specialized scaffolding arrangements and strict safety measures to maintain workflow and ensure high-quality installation throughout.

Despite these challenges, the team managed each phase with careful coordination and technical precision, ensuring that the final outcome aligns with the architectural intent and meets the expected quality standards.
