Bonyan Al Mamlaka is delivering infrastructure works in Al-Sulai District, Riyadh, covering the development of the plotted area shown in the attached map. The scope includes internal road construction, asphalt works, stormwater and drainage networks, in addition to underground utilities such as water supply, electricity, and telecommunications.
Given the large-scale desert terrain, the project requires precise grading and leveling, along with sub-base preparation, compaction, and curb construction to ensure full readiness for future building development.
The work also includes enhancing the main access points and integrating the site with surrounding primary roads, improving connectivity and increasing the long-term value of the area.
