Bonyan Al Mamlaka executed the landscape works for a private retreat located in Thumama, Riyadh, covering a total area of 15,000 square meters. The scope included designing and creating a fully integrated outdoor environment featuring expansive green lawns, carefully planted trees, and natural stone pathways surrounding a central man-made lake.
The project showcases a harmonious blend between natural landscape elements and the surrounding architectural structures, including a natural-style water feature framed with rustic stones and adjacent glass-covered seating areas. Irrigation systems, planting, and outdoor lighting were installed to ensure sustainability and enhance the ambiance of the retreat.
This project represents a refined example of high-end landscape development, combining aesthetics, functionality, and comfort across a large private outdoor space.
