Bonyan Al Mamlaka is responsible for delivering the full infrastructure works for this large-scale development located within the Al-Hijrah area in Madinah, covering a total land area of 360,000 square meters. The scope includes site grading, soil preparation, compaction, and the construction of the complete internal road network with asphalt layers, curbs, and street lighting.
The project also comprises stormwater drainage systems, potable water networks, electrical and telecommunications networks, all connected to the city’s main utility systems in accordance with approved standards. The infrastructure has been executed with a focus on long-term durability, ensuring the site is fully prepared for future urban development.
