Bonyan Al Mamlaka participated in executing the building and structural works for Panorama Mall, one of Riyadh’s landmark commercial developments. The scope included constructing the main structural components of the façade using large-scale scaffolding and formwork systems to ensure stability and precision, particularly given the massive architectural design and the extended curved roofline that characterizes the mall’s exterior.
The works involved erecting load-bearing walls, shaping and reinforcing the circular columns, and preparing the structure for the installation of the expansive glass façade. Due to the scale and complexity of the project, seamless coordination was required between the civil works teams and the contractors responsible for the metal and glass systems, while ensuring full compliance with safety regulations on a high-activity site.
