Bonyan Al Mamlaka is executing the structural reinforcement works for the Toyota – Saleh Al-Bazai showroom, one of the key facilities of the authorized dealer in the central region. The scope includes strengthening existing structural elements and enhancing the building’s load-bearing capacity to meet modern operational requirements, especially with the extensive glass façades and metal cladding systems.
The reinforcement works involve upgrading columns, beams, and foundations, as well as treating existing structural components without disrupting the daily operations of the showroom. The goal is to increase the building’s durability, ensure compliance with safety standards and the Saudi Building Code, and support additional loads associated with architectural and functional upgrades.
