Our contracting company is executing a residential villa project with a total area of 380 m² in Al-Shuhada District, following high structural standards and approved engineering specifications. The villa features a contemporary architectural façade combining stone cladding, glass elements, and refined exterior detailing.
Scope of Work:

Basement Construction: Excavation, waterproofing, foundation works, and full structural execution as per approved drawings.

Ground Floor Works: Columns, walls, and slab casting according to structural specifications.

First Floor Construction: Complete execution of the structural frame, openings, and architectural layout.

Roof & Upper Annexes: Construction of service rooms and roofing elements as per design.

Façade Works: Installation of stone, marble, and wooden cladding elements specified in the architectural design.

Site Preparation: Backfilling, leveling, concrete works, insulation, and all required engineering treatments.

Full compliance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and project quality standards.
